About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Cosa Consult website and its resources. Please use the site lawfully and respect the rights of Cosa, our clients and other visitors.
Information and resources
Website content and downloadable guides provide general information about our approach. They do not replace advice based on your business, records and circumstances. Client results relate to individual engagements and do not guarantee the same result for another business. Product illustrations explain workflows and capabilities.
Calls and enquiries
The diagnostic call is free and lasts 45 minutes. Booking a call, requesting a resource or submitting an enquiry does not purchase a service or commit either party to a project.
The Operations Blueprint
The introductory Blueprint fee is $1,499 for the first five engagements and covers 10 days of assessment and team consultation. The Blueprint identifies a combined $50,000 in annual opportunity across recoverable labour, revenue leakage and software waste within 10 days, or no Blueprint fee is payable. Eligibility, introductory availability and engagement details are confirmed before work begins.
The promise concerns identified and documented opportunity. Implementation is the separate work required to put changes into operation. You may implement the plan yourself, choose another provider or engage Cosa. If Cosa undertakes the implementation, the full Blueprint fee is credited toward the project price.
Project agreements
Implementation scope, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities, support and ownership of deliverables are agreed separately in writing. An agreed project contract takes precedence over general website information for that engagement.
Using our content
Website content, branding and materials belong to Cosa or their respective owners. You may view the site and use downloadable resources within your business for their intended purpose. Please obtain permission before republishing, reselling or presenting these materials as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce harmful code or use forms to send spam, unlawful material or information you do not have permission to share.
Third-party services
Bookings and some website functions use third-party services. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy information. External links do not transfer responsibility for those services to Cosa.
Availability and your rights
We may update website content and features, correct errors or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific service commitments are set out in the relevant offer and project agreement.
