It didn't. What started as a stranger's pitch turned into calls, then projects, then arguments past midnight about how to do this work right. Colleagues. Then friends. Then something closer to family. Cosa wasn't built from a business plan. It was built because three people who care about the same things found each other across 8,500 miles — and decided small businesses deserve better than the snake oil they're being sold.
